One of the catalysts of the ACTS Church Planting Movement. A movement with church planters present in over 20 countries. Currently serves as Vice President of the Southern New England Conference in Massachusetts, USA. Before being called to work in the USA, he served as a district pastor, director of the Sabbath School department, Personal Ministries, Ministerial Secretary, Executive Secretary, and director of Global Mission for the Southern Union Brazil. He holds a Master's degree in Theology and was a visiting professor at the IAP Theological Seminary in the fields of missiology and ecclesiology. He is a doctoral candidate in Missiology at Andrews University, USA.
