Church Upgrade

From Mission Group to Organized Church

Three Upgrade Contexts

Currently, 30% to 40% of congregations in the Associations are formed by groups, with 40% of them having fewer than 30 people. However, there is no intentional process to mature these groups into organized churches, and current evaluations do not support their development. Strengthening these groups is directly linked to church planting, but this connection has not yet been established in most Associations. Our goal is to transform these fragile groups into self-sustaining and self-replicating organized churches. To achieve this, we invite you to participate in our immersion, where we will discuss effective strategies for this upgrade.

Factor 3

Financial self-sustainability

Are half the resources invested outside the building?

From the beginning, the early church was a diverse global family of church planters. The mandate of Matthew 28:18-20 demands a vision of planting that goes beyond the local context
